The HSE-Skolkovo Institute for Law and Development invites you on Friday December 7 to a lecture by a very special guest: Lawrence Lessig, Harvard Law School professor, founder of Creative Commons, prolific author, star and leading expert in the acclaimed documentary “Killswitch” (2014), and democratic nomination candidate for the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election. Professor Lessig will deliver a speech on the topic: “When Republics are not: The Failure of American Democracy”.
