Report on Pharmaceutical Industry Issues to be Published by Kluwer Law International

It is announced that the international monograph "Between Patent Law and the Protection of Competition in the Pharmaceutical Sector: an Inside Look" will be published, with Institute Director Alexey Ivanov as author. The prestigious international publishing house Kluwer Law International will publish the book and launch it this coming May. Alexey described the problem of the clash between antitrust and patent rights in the article "Patents and the Protection of Competition in the Russian Pharmaceutical Sector: a Period of Endless Transition".
