New Issue of the Journal LAW (Zakon): Competition in the New Economy

Under the aegis of the Institute, was prepared second issue of leading national journal "Law" (Zakon): "Competition in the New Economy".

Alexey Ivanov Director of the Institute, and the chief editor of the magazine interviewed the Deputy Director of the FAS of Russia Sergey Puzyrevsky: "In Russia there is a need to define the rules of application of antitrust law to owners of exclusive rights".

Also in collaboration with another Deputy Director of FAS Alexei Dotsenko, an article was published by Alexey devoted to the resonating case of Google: "Antimonopoly regulation, the digital platform and innovation: the case of Google and the development of approaches to competition protection in the digital environment".

Further material was produced in conjunction with leading Institute researcher Elena Voinikanis, titled "Standards and patents: current global trends and their implications for the legal policy of the Russian Federation".

An article by Ioannis Lianos is called "Protection of competition and intellectual property: the demand for a new model of regulation that meets the dynamics of economic development".

Leading researchers Ekaterina Galkova and Maxim Bashkatov published in the journal article "Modern problems of ensuring competition in the financial market".

A long-standing partner of the Institute, Professor Yevgeniy Shastitko of Moscow State University participated in all key events, and presented the paper "Features of protection of competition in the bilateral market."
