Lectures in the springtime: "Law and Digital Technologies", Kharkov

Leading research fellow of the Institute Kirill Molodyko took part by delivering the lecture "Law and Digital Technologies", as part of the work of the spring school devoted to topical issues of legal science and practice in the digital age. The school was held under the aegis of the Yaroslav the Wise National Law University in Kharkov, Ukraine. In the course of a series of lectures, united by the general title "Challenges for Law and Development Related to the Digitalisation of the Economy," Kirill paid special attention to such groups of issues as: the specifics of the legal regulation of the crypto-currency market in various jurisdictions; possible social risks in the aspects of respect for human rights, and the increase in inequality in society associated with new digital technologies; new technologies of information and technological maintenance of professional legal activity and the provision of legal services using information technology (legal tech).
