On November 8, Elena Voynikanis, leading researcher at the HSE-Skolkovo Institute for Law and Development, spoke at the IX international conference "Personal Data Protection", organised with the support of Roskomnadzor, and she delivered the report "Protection of Personal Data in Social Networks: legal approaches and key trends".
