Participation in University College London Antitrust Discussions

Alexey Ivanov participated in the round table "Antitrust Law and Inequality" and "The Android Case", devoted to the most topical issues in the field of competition protection, which is of concern to the world professional community.

Both events were organised by one of the main partners of the Institute – the Centre for Law, Economics and Society at University College London. Discussion about the case of Android involved analysis of abuse of a dominant position on the market for operating systems of Google mobile devices, it being the owner of the Android platform in Russia and Europe, and this was a logical continuation of the discussion held by the Institute in Moscow in the framework of the presentation and content of Alexey Ivanov's article "Antitrust regulation, the digital platform and innovation: the case of Google and the development of approaches for the protection of competition in the digital environment".
